Accessing CRHT Services
You can be referred by healthcare professionals like your GP or after a visit to A&E.
If you're already under the care of a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), your care plan will include CRHT contact details.
Some CRHTs allow self-referrals if you've previously been in their care.
